12-1-1


1997 International

Engine 12-1-1 is a 1997 International with a Central States body. This apparatus has a 1500 gallon per minute pump and carries 1500 gallons of water.There is an enclosed pump panel with seating for three firefighters, a driver and an Officer for a total of five. The truck is equipped with a Foam Pro system that has 40 gallons of Class A foam. There are eight Viking ISI 4500 SCBA packs and an ISI Thermal Imager on board. 12-1-1 is first out truck for all fire alarms in our district and also is used as our mutual aid engine.

2002 Rosenbauer

Engine 12-1-2 is a 2002 Rosenbauer with a Central States body. This apparatus has a 2000 gallon per minute pump and carries 1000 gallons of water.There is an enclosed pump panel and the cab has seating for six firefighters, a driver and an Officer for a total of eight. The truck is equipped with a Foam Pro system that has 40 gallons of Class A foam. There are five Viking ISI 4500 SCBA packs and a TNT extrication set of tools for auto rescues. 12-1-2 is our second out truck for all structure fires and first out for MVA's.

1987 GMC Top Kick

Engine/Tanker 12-2-1 is a 1987 GMC Top Kick with a 4-Guys body. This truck is equipped with a 1000 gallon per minute front-mount pump and 1500 gallons of water. There are two portable ponds located on the truck, one holds 2500 gallons of water and the other holds 3000 gallons. This truck is used as a tanker, but can be utilized as an engine if needed. There is one six inch "quick dump" located in the rear of the truck. 12-2-1 is fourth truck out for all structure fires in our district. This truck was purchased new in 1987 with Chief George Rossi at the helm.

2006 Kenworth T300

Tanker 12-2-2 is a 2006 Kenworth T300 equipped with a 315 Cummins motor. This truck is equipped with a 500 gallon per minute portable pump and 2300 gallons of water. There is one portable-pond located on the truck, which holds 2500 gallons of water. This truck is used strictly as a tanker and has three ten inch Newton dumps located in the rear, and each side of the truck. This truck was purchased as a demo in November of 2007 from VRS of Clifton Park with 3500 miles on it. 12-2-2 is our third truck out for all structure fires and is utilized as our mutual aid tanker when called.

2004 Chevrolet Suburban

Rescue 12-3-1 is a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban purchased used this past year. Its main function is EMS calls. 12-3-1 is equipped with multiple EMS equipment such as oxygen, AED, and a suction machine. This vehicle is capable of carrying 5 members.

1988 International

Rescue 12-3-2 is a 1988 International purchased used from the Amsterdam School district approximately 5 years ago. With a little modifications from the help of a few members and JR's repair, the truck was able to be transformed into a Rescue Bus. This vehicle is capable of carrying 6 firefighters besides the driver and is equipped with eight 2216 SCBA packs. Its primary use is for support operations for larger type calls and can be utilized as a Command Center and/or a Rehab Center. The vehicle is equipped with a Cascade System with 4 DOT air cylinders which allows us to fill both 4500 and 2216 SCBA bottles. Their is a large O2 bottle which is capable of rehabing 5 firefighters at once if necessary.

 
 
12-3-3


1997 Suburban

12-3-3 is a 1997 Chevrolet Suburban purchased used with 130,000 miles on it a few years back. This vehicle was recently replaced with 12-3-1, a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban. 12-3-3 is used mainly for fire police and training.

 
 
12-4-1


2008 Ford F-350 Diesel

Truck 12-4-1 is a 2008 Ford F350 4x4 four door. This vehicle was purchased with the funds secured with a FEMA Grant by the Fire Company. The main duty of this vehicle is for brush/grass fires and for fire police. The apparatus is capable of transporting 5 firefighters and is equipped with 500 GPM CET pump skid unit and 225 gallons of water.
The truck has a removable front and rear mounted 8000 lb winch, carries 4 poly Indian Tanks and has a 200 ft. hose reel with an Akron Nozzle.
During the winter months, the skid unit will be removed and a high style cap and a V-plow will be put on to help clear the station and driveways that may be impassible during alarms. These options were also part of the FEMA Grant.

 
 
12-6-1


1974 Ward LaFrance

Truck 12-6-1 is a 1974 Ward LaFrance purchased used 4 years ago from our neighbors, the Hagaman Volunteer Fire Department. The truck is equipped with a 1500 GPM pump, 300 gallons of water and a 100 Ft. Ariel. This truck also carries 4 2216 SCBA packs. This is a great addition to our fleet and Perth is the first and only Volunteer Fire Company in Fulton County to have one in service.
